Refund & Returns Policy

1. No Refund Conditions

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Delays due to customs or border issues
  • Incorrect shipment details provided by customer
  • Seized prohibited goods

2. Damage or Loss

We may compensate ONLY if:

  • The item was properly declared
  • The item was properly packaged
  • The loss/damage is directly caused by our handling

3. Compensation Limit

Compensation (if approved) will be:

  • Based on declared value
  • OR limited to shipment cost

4. Claim Process

To file a claim:

  • Report within 48 hours
  • Provide proof (photos, receipts, description)

5. Partial Liability

WOR Logistics is NOT fully liable for:

  • Third-party handling (customs, border agencies)
  • Force majeure (accidents, unrest, road issues)
