1. No Refund Conditions
No refunds will be issued for:
- Delays due to customs or border issues
- Incorrect shipment details provided by customer
- Seized prohibited goods
2. Damage or Loss
We may compensate ONLY if:
- The item was properly declared
- The item was properly packaged
- The loss/damage is directly caused by our handling
3. Compensation Limit
Compensation (if approved) will be:
- Based on declared value
- OR limited to shipment cost
4. Claim Process
To file a claim:
- Report within 48 hours
- Provide proof (photos, receipts, description)
5. Partial Liability
WOR Logistics is NOT fully liable for:
- Third-party handling (customs, border agencies)
- Force majeure (accidents, unrest, road issues)
