1. Agreement
By using WOR Logistics services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
We provide cross-border logistics services between Nigeria and Cameroon, including:
- Pickup
- Transportation
- Customs handling
- Delivery
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate shipment details
- Properly package your goods
- Not ship prohibited or illegal items
- Pay all agreed fees
4. Prohibited Items
We do NOT transport:
- Illegal goods
- Weapons or hazardous materials
- Perishable items (unless agreed)
- Items restricted by Nigerian or Cameroonian law
5. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on:
- Customs clearance
- Road conditions
- Security situations
Delays may occur and are not fully within our control.
6. Payments
- Payments must be made before or at shipment
- Pricing is based on weight, size, and destination
- Additional charges may apply for special handling
7. Limitation of Liability
WOR Logistics is not responsible for:
- Delays beyond our control
- Damage due to poor packaging
- Seizure by customs authorities
8. Claims
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
